Terms of Service

These Terms are a contract between you and Madquick Digital Agency Pvt Ltd, an Indian company operating the Arround Ai service (“the Service”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Arround Ai is a software-as-a-service platform that helps you operate a shared WhatsApp Business inbox, send approved template campaigns, and automate replies through Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be 18+ and able to enter contracts. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for everything that happens under your account.
3. Acceptable use
- You agree to comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta’s Commerce Policy.
- No spam, no messaging recipients who haven’t opted in, no prohibited categories (gambling, adult, weapons, illegal goods/services).
- You’re responsible for the lawfulness of contact lists you upload (GDPR / DPDP / TRAI consent rules).
4. Plans & billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay. Prices include GST where applicable.
- Conversation charges levied by Meta are passed through at cost.
- You may cancel at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds.
- We may suspend service if a payment fails or if you breach acceptable use.
5. Your data, your control
You own your contacts and conversation data. We act as a processor on your behalf. You can export and delete your data anytime.
6. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee an SLA on lower-tier plans. Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid by you in that period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 14 days’ notice if uncured. We may terminate immediately for violation of acceptable use or Meta’s policies.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered place of business of the company.
